Service and Support Team is
committed to provide ongoing support and service. This team is
specially set up to service and support registered COSEC users. To
ensure continuous and uninterrupted support, COSEC users, after
one year from the date of purchase, can sign the Annual
Maintenance Contract.
The Annual Maintenance Contract includes:-

free upgrade on COSEC to
ensure users keep up with changes to the CCM's requirements
(e.g. changes in forms)
- free
enhancement
- two times a
year free service calls
(at your site) for preventive and/or corrective maintenance
- unlimited free
training at our
training centre
- free
help desk service at
any time during office hours
- free
recovery services in
the event your COSEC or data is corrupted or damaged
