Risk Management Service Procedure
Our objective is to collect commercial and consumer credit accounts,both current and past due.
The following procedures undertaken include:-

Preliminary Analysis
Our investigative team will conduct a
preliminary study on all accounts placed with us and also by checking with
the BRIS databank. This will enable us to understand and evaluate the
credit history and existing financial status of the debtor and
also in locating the debtor. Preliminary investigation also
assist our collectors to plan suitable
collection methods according to the social background and
environment of the debtor.

Methods / Actions
Our aim is to exert pressure and to
obtain payment, while ensuring our actions are in accordance
with the law, correct local and international collection practice
and also to protect our clients' reputation and interest.
Collection efforts will include telephone calls and personal
contact ( visiting either the debtor's business address during
working hours or residence after working hours ). When we have
established that a debtor is genuinely in financial difficulty a
repayment schedule will be negotiated with the debtor subject to our
client's approval. Disputes will be referred to
our clients for resolution.

Handling of Debtors Cheques
Debtors are advised to forward their
payments in crossed and account payee cheques made in favour of
our Client. The cheques will be delivered to the client's office
within 1 working day from the date of receipt for locations within Kuala Lumpur. For
other areas the appropriate postal services delivery time period shall
apply, unless otherwise instructed by our client.

Progress Reporting Services
Our Collection Administration Department will
provide our clients, a monthly status report on all cases assigned
to us for collection. However, enquiries can be made to us at any
time because our collection information is electronically stored.
