BASIS had the largest database in the private sector in Malaysia which comprises the credit records of 10.5 million individuals, more than 300,000 companies and businesses, all bankrupts, wound up companies in Malaysia, pending legal cases & defaulters' information.

However in Dec 2003, the company underwent a restructuring process and this business and database was transferred to BASIS RAM-DP Information Services Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as BRIS), to become one of its subsidiary company.
